How to remove intake manifold completely?
« on: March 09, 2008, 07:06:41 AM »
I have removed the upper part of the intake manifold and throttle body. I want to remove also the lower part in order to change the gasket.

Does anyone have any good instructons for removing the lower part?

It seems that I have to remove injectors and take the clutch cylinder hose out of the manifold?

What else should be take into account before proceeding?

Yes, I have. But the manual seems to skip few things, like that hose coming from brake sylinder??

Do I have to remove injectors for removing the lower part of the manifold?

to remove the lower part of the intake... there are 5 or so bolts...!!thats all.. no lines to remove.. no injectors to remove.. you have to look at it, its built very simple..
