M42 flywheel options.

First post here, looks like a great forum. I've got a 1991 318iS in the UK. Standard engine, Bilstein suspension, some poly bushes, all rebuilt last year.
Z3 rack fitted a few weeks ago, Z3 gear shift fitted this weekend.
Great car; I love it.

I'm posting about my next escapade. I've got to sort the driveline out.
I've sourced a 4.1 LSD, plus I have a spare gearbox sat in the garage. I want to swap the boxes over, fit a new clutch and also have a look at the flywheel.

The post 1990 models in the UK are supposed to have the dual mass flywheel. I want to at least fit the earlier, lighter example.

Can someone point me to a picture of both sorts of flywheel so I can at least ID the one I do have.

What the options for a lighter flywheel? I've read a bit about the M20 option.
I'm coming round to just changing the flywheel if I have the heavier one already fitted, though you never know!

i've read somewhere that you could use an M20 325i single mass flywheel with 325i clutch
but you will need a throw out bearing from an e21 323i
there are aluminum lightweight flywheels available as well but that might be a bit more expensive. although it would be a bolt on.

M40 flywheel is supposedly the lightest option, works with the existing M42 starter and throwout bearing and available where you live.
