« on: December 30, 2007, 10:54:46 AM »
hey guys im rebuildin my engine as we and need to make sure it theres a certain way to put teh piston back in eg. are the pockets in the pistons bigger at one side or the other. im assuming that the pistons dont have to be in the order i removed them from as ive got the crank polished and have new bearings?

I'd measure the pistons and cylinders for the best fit and also use new rings. If the pockets on top of the pistons are different, intake valves are larger than exhaust.
