I am having a problem when every time I go over a bump from the most minute to large potholes, I get a judder in the suspension/driveline. I feel like it is coming from the rear because at the same time I don't get any feedback from the steering wheel. Any thoughts?

most likely all of your bushings if they haven't been replaced yet.

Bushings. Its hard to tell which ones, but if they are all old, they probably need to be replaced.
