Pull the lower rear seat. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the upper rear seat (10mm socket, one on each side, sometimes covered by the rear seat armrest trim), and lift the rear seat back out. Now, pull the covers off of the seat belt winding mechanisms, and slide the whole rear deck out. There is a trim retainer (plastic thing) in the middle of the rear deck which may or may not be engaged, so if you encounter resistance in the middle, that's what it is - you'll have to pop it out of the metal underneath the rear deck.
