Hello all!  i am a new member to this thread but not new to the e30, though this is my first m42.  I have a 1991 318is, that is really clean inside and out.  except for my truck which some ass hole took a crow bar to trying to break in!  so i am looking for a brillanrot red trunk with spoiler.  I have an air intake and just ordered urethane bushings for my new front control arms.  I am looking for a new exhaust system but don't want to pay $800.  oh did i mention that the car has 200k!!!!

Welcome to the club! I think it is safe to say that most of the people here have about 200k on their cars, so we know how that goes. As for the exhaust, BMP design sells the Supersprint, which is great and is about $500. The only other that I have heard and liked (and thus bought) is the Magnaflow p/n 11265 muffler. Cost $71 plus $77 for install with a dual tip. Search the forums and you'll find it. The paint on your car looks really good...

welcome... when you have some time, you should drive down to richland and visit with Jim Rowe at Metric Mechanic... kind of a long drive from KC, but worth it!
