going to see if i can get some in a shop in town. who makes the yellow headlights? i only want 2 of them for my low beams. i just need to know who makes them and i will try and order them if not ill have to order from the us or eBay.

Are you looking for yellow lenses or yellow bulbs? H4, DOT or elipsoids?

What headlights do you already have? Sealed or Elipsoids?

You can just get some lamin-x for them, its a thick clear plastic adhesive that adds the color and also protection.

but from the picture you post, you have sealed beams. It wouldn't be smart to put the lamin-x on those because when they go out you replace the entire light itself.

Go to a good hobby shop and get some transparent spray paint. Similar to what this guy did to his tails.. LINK

for the Love of God why? they're far less effective than clear lenses. I can dig up empirical data.

so some people like them some don't I'm not painting my lights and my lights are one unit. so i will need to buy new lights. where can i just buy the lights that are yellow?

yellow fogs are produce less glare, therefore, in the rain and snow and especially in the fog they are far superior to the clear lights.

basically they both have their purposes, i have yellow fogs an clear low/high's. (i have seen people put them on their high's though because it reduces glare, and produces a more broad light range, making it easier to see deer and other animals, i think its personal preference though).

correct in inclement conditions 2500K will provide a visibly higher "contrast" over a shorter distance [than say, 5400K], hence the value for amber fogs.

the best thing yellow normal condition lights [that should be clear, your headlights] will do for you is make it easier to get fix-it-tickets.

there are reasons France abandoned the standard so long ago.

oh and btw you neglected to post the next paragraph

not picking a fight, but why do something to your car that provides no benefit to you or those around you, and invites tickets?

thats where xenons come in. A 3k-3.5k low beam would be brighter than a halogen white bulb and be great in bad weather.
