PDX Meet August 26th

After the success of the last pdx meet lets have another? lets say August 26th at the Sonic Drive In in hillsboro? lets say 5pm? lets go with that.

oh geez, thats the next day after i get into town to see my 318is for the first time!  I was planning on changing the oil and doing other maintenance things with it before driving it, but i might just have to do this.  or maybe i can do that stuff early in the morning.  I am from oklahoma where there are sonics everywhere, and I have been wanting to go out to that sonic anyway.

I am interested but don't count me in just yet.  I am not sure if i am ready to show off my car anyway... it needs some work.

Yeah, I know.  I guess I shouldn't assume that the people on this forum are like the people on r3vlimited.  every once in a while i go to that forum to browse and it seems like there are a lot of people who think they are the shit and that if your e30 isn't in immaculate condition or doesn't have an engine swap or turbo, then you are dirt.  Actually they don't just think that, they POST that.  I find it kind of rude when someone posts their car in the members thread and all that happens is they get bashed, even by the long-time members and moderators who you would think would have the decency to show a little respect.

Anyway, sorry for the rant.  I know i shouldn't care what other people think but that forum seems to house many of the arrogant and not so nice e30 owners, unlike this one, or bmwe30.net.
