Newbie will they fit Question?

Hey sorry to sound like such a horrible newb but I dont have the time to search as Im at work and need to know if H&R race springs and bilstein sports that are said to be made for an e30 m3 or 325 will fit in my 318is.

Once again sorry for such a lame question please feel free to flame me if its obvious:o

They will fit, but the spring rates, ect are for a heavier car, so they may not lower the car as much as a spring for a 318is. H&R makes a specific spring for our cars that works very well.
