I've cutted the OEM Cable for Lamda signal. There is Ground and Signal Line and so on. Everything you need. I've connected the Ground there. With the MS Innovate works just fine. As a Narrowband .... I think the stock ECU doesn't work so fine. Earlier the car consumted about 10l pro 100km. After I installed the Innovate, it consumpted something like 12-13. I will make a foto of my wire up.

Today I've spoken with a friend and he gave me this idea .....
If I take the electromagnetic clutch pulley from an A/C Kompressor and put it instead the original Eaton pulley.... ... and with a button inside the car to choose: Supercharged, not Supercharged ... what do you think???

It would be too much of a hassle and the mappings wouldn't be ideal when off or on the button. If you are determined to use the clutch, I would say to hook it up to a sensor based on vacuum readings. That way you'll always be consistent and you can nail down a solid tuned map for your setup.

This is a good point of view! I think I will use the normal pulley for now. And if afterall try to install those clutch, I will use the same switch to switch a second ignition and fuel map. My MS can be programed and with a switch to change between 2 different (fuel and ignition) tables. So with the same switch activate the SC and the SC Tables and Disable SC and switch the NA Tables..... it will be fun :D ... but first of all ... the most simple setup and then make it complicated.

I had a eaton M62 in my 318is with electromagnetic pulley. I was using only a RRFPR for fueling with original motronic. I was using the pulley by switch because I had the throttle body after the SC and it was making a huge noise...:D now I have to redesign all system to have the TB before the SC, using one big belt, and I'll use 36lbs with PCIII without the cartech RRFPR... but I need to find time to work at it.

ps: only at 8 psi intercooled was totally another car to drive..:D

Today was a good day. I've installed the new Injectors .. they fitted perfect. The Knock Kit is also installed ... works just fine.

That's just great!
What do you plan for connect from the intercooler to the engine? Do you plan to make a custom intake?
bye

Just like turbo ... from the intercooler with a pipe ... 60mm ... or something like that ... to the trottlebody.

ok, so you will fit the S/Cer in vertical, near the driver side dome and engine?

Hey. good project.

belive me pain in the bum to make the mini charger to fit.

countless hours and money. im bout 80% finished. if you use the pulleys from a e36 318is they are the same width of the charger. using a 6PK2440 belt (MY SETUP from memory) it should fit nice.

My problem now is the belt wont stay on, getting it to sit 100% straight is almost imposible.

Good luck
