DASC use M62 .. yes. But on their Project for E30 318is, they've used M45. It is smaller and it needs only 25hp. The heat problem will be with an Intercooler solved. I bought the SC already. As I said it is from Mini Cooper S.
I won't mount the SC on the manifold. I will use some brakets and it will be like Turbocharger. It will blow tha air through Pipes to an Intercooler. From the IC back to the Manifold. The Manifold will be the stock one. The Rubberinteka Pipe will be changed with Aluminium intake pipe or Samco Silikon Intake Pipe. I've read that the original will blow

The Pulleyratio is 2:1 (I can't tell you in mm, but I've messure it). So when the Engine goes with 7000 rpm, the SC will go with 14000, and from EATON give 14500 redline. I will rev my car to 6500, so it will be just perfect.
I've read something more about the bypass valve and I will use one. It will be from Saab 2.3 Turbo

. So I will have 1 Bypass and 2 BOVs. It will be very interessting for me, what will happen.
I have all parts, but I am waiting to go back to Bulgaria (I am student in Germany). This will be 30 July...until then, I will tune my MegaSquirt.
