Ignition Wiring

Can someone please eplain or post a diagram of the complete ingnition wiring; I just replaced an engine, and I'm trying to rewire the ignition. so far I understand the firing order is 1342, but I don't understand how to wire the coils themselves(they were all unplugged). Should they be 1342 also.
