I've re-installed a jigh flow cat and a resinator.  The resinator was installed the same way the stock where, after the cat then pipes to the muffler.

Just from what I am use to hearing from my Boxster S and my other BMW's. this M42 give a sound of " I have Balls".  The ricer sound if gone, thank you for all of you that woke me up to re-install the cat and resinator.  I am not a video expert but I will try to up load a sound clip from it.

Balls r good IMHO.  Thanks for the update.  I will be stopping by the local independent muffler shop this afternoon.
