EAT chip group buy for E30 M42!
« on: June 05, 2007, 07:51:32 AM »
How many of you would like one of my e30 318is chips? I will be happy to run some sort of group buy.

How about:

5 to 9 orders = 10% off

10 to 19 orders: 15% off

more than 20 orders: 18% off the posted price!

It would run like this: Order your chip from the site, quote this sale code: M42CLUB-GB
and soon after the sale ends, I'll tally up how many sales came in and send the discounts. I can also post every week how many orders arrived with the sale code so you have an idea where the discount is heading.

This group buy will run from now till July 5.

This a great deal and I doubt I'll repeat these prices.

Just one week after I got my fleabay dinan clone.

Mark, what is the price before discount and do you have any dyno graphs you can show us?

His website is in his sig.

Take a look there, I believe they're $230.

I remember back in the day when I jumped in on the bimmerforums group buy.

I scored mine for $190. Hopefully it'll happen again!

Mark,

Post this up on R3V, there may me be a couple of m42 owners over there that still haven't discovered this goldmine :)

Depending on price and delivery cost to Australia.

Also Mark can you tell me if you do anything for 95 octane fuel or if the 91 chip will need amendment to get the most out of 95.

The 91 stuff here in Oz is real rough (suitable for cleaner) and I only run my goggo mobile on 95 or better.

Thanks

Cristian

You wouldn't happen to have any dyno graphs would you? Im sure your do if you doing all of the tunning, a stock and your chip plot would be great.

we use different ratings, RON vs MON. our 98 would probly be equivalent to the US 93 etc.

$5 extra for delivery if outside the USA.  It's usually included when you pay the regular price.
(it's included for all USA customers even with this sale)

95 RON = 91 AKI.

So my chip which is tuned for 91 AKI will work with your 95 RON.  :)

Yes I did all the tuning, but no UI don't have a dyno plot.

Why?  because I tuned this one on the street and track, as the dyno was not available then.   What's important is that the AFR is good.
At least 30 people use this chip and they are all happy campers.

If I can locate a 318iS here, I'll arrange some dyno testing but it would be at least a month from now.   The dyno will not show you the much better part throttle response and that is where these chips shine.

Add your name here if you are interested in this GB, so we can see what the interest is.

I'm not a sponsor there so I don't think I should post it, but maybe one of you could do it.   I know that Sam does'nt mind me posting here.
