Did 1991  318is's  come with wiring for heated mirrors?

No, I don't believe so. At least mine didn't, I had to add it.

You had to add the  wiring  for the mirrors or just the heated mirrors?

The equipment for the mirror motors should already be there. The heater wiring is not prewired.
