I have recently obtained a s14 cam and would like know what how much modification would be needed to put it in my M42. Is it possible? Anyone done it?

Also, is the work worth the effort for the performance gains?

impossible.  S14 and M42 are completely different.  

would make a nice paperweight or dexk decoration
