Hello to all, my name's wuilman. I own a '91 318i, and was recommended to this site by someone I met at Pick-n-pull in San jose on saturday (sorry did't catch your name).
well my poor car's been through a lot. here are some pictures to show some of the progress I've made, and the problems I've had
it's a lot of pictures so grab a snack! (sorry 56k users)

When i first bought the car.bone stock, with some ugly ARE wheels that were bent to hell and a busted ass antenna

then some douchebag in a VW hit my driver side fender and door, wich gave me an excuse to buy some nice Basketweaves!

I had already cracked one oil pan so i also bought a skidplate from 666fabrication

I installed an IS rear spoiler, smoked my kidneys, shadowlined my trim, painted my badge black, polished the exhaust tip, installed smoked side markers, smoked turn signal lenses,euro grills, smoked euro smileys, an IS front lip, and a RyanG splitter....... whew!

so then i finally had the car looking pretty nice

then THIS happened last week!:mad:

so i went to pick-n-pull and found THIS!

so now im in the process of fixin her back up, hopefully it won't take too long.

Hey! I'm the one you met, thanks so much for showing me how to pull the chrome trim off the car. We went to another pick 'n pull after that one and I practiced on another 4 door that was there. LOL, sounds lame but I didn't want to screw up my car. I also pulled an iS trunk lid spoiler off a car, got it for $24.

How much did you end up spending on the door, fenders, and bumper?

Oh and we need to meet up sometime. We may be the only two E30 enthusiast's with 4 door 318's in the Bay.

oh sh1t! I had your old sig picture as my desktop for a while, I used it as a reference for my car! lol small world eh?
So you got it down now huh? ready to shadowline your trim?
sweet find on the spoiler! I paid like $75 for mine online:mad:
It came out to like $230 for all the stuff I got, and I still need to buy a valance panel and paint.

Nope stock exhaust tip, just polished it up!

It's the transmission shop where i work (in San Rafael)
BTW we should get together with the other bay area E30 guys and have a litle get together!

i love the car, i also like the 84 ss, i had an 87 just before i got the m42, the 305 didnt do it for me, hooyah 383 +700r4 B)

SHWEET MANG!!
I just need a reason to yank out that damned 305 and drop in a 383!
I already got a built TH700R4 in it and swapped out the open diff for a Posi, I also need to swap out those crappy brakes for some camaro 1LE 12" brakes:D
but the monte is coming along nicely just need to finish up my E30 so i can drive it without feeling embarrased about the collision damage!
