the ebay kit looks pretty good. it doesnt seem to have a hole for temp/pressure guage. can someone explain to me how this system would work. oil from one of the outlets flows tot he oil cooler then back? is it that straight forward? if so i might do this before i go for my racing school.

I just realized that the kit on ebay won't fit, its a sandwich type. "Brand New Hayden Thermostatic Sandwich Filter Adapter Kit." Basically you screw this on where then filter normally goes the screw the filter on to it.

vatos can you give us some more info on your filler cap? i would love to get this done. so ur saying the one from ebay wont work at all? it looks the same as vatos'

The one on ebay, there are two of them in the picture, the one on the left is one side of it and the one on the right is the other side.

what do you think about this one." about this one , please have in mind that the oil filter is also a base for the alternator ( generator ) so i think you would have a problem.........think before doing anything ....
steer with the rear !!!
