By luck I got one of the terminals out with an extractor, no luck on the other two, so I gave up and cut them off and made a new one. I bought a new connector body and put it back together with the new terminal and good as new.

Haha ok fair enough. I had to buy all new connector housings for the harness I am building for my aftermarket ECU...getting the original connector assemblies apart wasn't going to happen in any sort of clean way lol.
