Hi all, I need a diagnostics software program to play around with my car an reset and read fault codes etc.. I need
CS 3.2 or 3.4 or 3.6 software....who can help me out?

i use cs 6 but have a proper lead etc. good on obd2 cars, not really necessary on an e30 tbh.

What can you do with the ebay part and the software? Is it strictly diagnose and reset fault codes or can you change ignition timing, fuel mixture, etc.?

My german aint great, but according to the seller you can change most setting like KM settings etc, more that just a resetting tool, I want to see what else I can do. I cant make out if this item has the software or not, so i wanna make sure i have the sw when i get the cable in. Anybody who has this software can probably tell us.....
I wont use this for tb conversion since i will be getting a fully progammable ecu, but before thats in, i want to check all sensors etc. Plus km history on my car

you can't use CS6 with that ebay lead, you need the control box thing. im not sure how much you can do with CS3.x, its pretty old now. If you wanted to go down this route i would suggest using CS6 and buying the proper lead, its more expensive and much more useful on later cars though.
