Hey everyone my name John and I’m from romania, ai not speak English very well but I want too present my project . Is about an m42 engine which ai want too mounted a turbo .The engine is still stoke the boost I need to be 0.6/0.7 bar and the power 200-230 hp will see this thing let’s start the part list and the cost for every part : The exhaust manifold 0euro and a lots off hours of work and isn’t not very nice (my first tig welding) The turbo is a td04-13t from a Volvo (150euro) , intercooler was 60 euro , intercooler pipe 30 euro (2 meters of stainless steel with 63mm diameter (my first stainless Steel welding) at this steps I am proud of my work , oil fed for turbo and return in the oil pan cost 50 euro , boost gauge 35 euro , silicon pipe 70 euro , necklace 30 euro , thermal protection 25 euro , Total cost for now is 450 euro , in the future ai need to buy: big injectors, pipe for exoust, water and oil temperature gauge and ai need to see a possibility to tune my ECU.
