E30 318is PROPSHAFT

Hi

How do I replace my propshaft UJ's - they don't seem to have any clips and seem to be fitted permanantly? Are they replaceable?  ALSO was the vibration damper 23101222501 fitted as new and/or can one be fitted to reduce vibration? Finally how do I get out a (broken) centering sleeve?

U joints are staked at the factory so not really replaceable unless you are a pro.  Flex disk and center support are both DIY type repairs.
