$$$ to spend, need suggestions + $quotes

So I just sold my bike (2003 Kona Stinky) for 1100 bucks.  Woot now I have money to spend to fix my car....I'll have about 900 for the car right away, and as far as I know, I need:

1. Control Arms: might opt for the cheaper ones, or lemforders.  

2. Control Arm Bushings:  e30 M3 (solid rubber?) or something like 'street performance urethance bushings' from bavauto or Powerflex?

3.  Aftermarket sway bars: ST?  Whats teh best for the money?  I don't mind buying new if it means all the hardware is lined up for me.

4.  and whatever else I should replace while under there...

Any suggestions?
Are there more items to order than the control arms L/R and control arm bushings?
How much should I plan to spend for all of these?

I was thinking of just ordering most of it from BavAuto or wherever and try to install it myself.  Just pissed my brother has the e30 Bentley manual, I have the e36 (left over from a 328i, but handy for m42 engine unlike the e30 one...)

Thanks for any advice.  I also want to get tint, b/c my car looks really funny with super clear glass, spending around 250, leaving more than 600 for suspension and most likely interior revival.   What other goodies should I order while I'm in the mood?

I would suggest, sway bar end links (front and back if you decide to go stock), trailing arm bushings in the back, subframe bushings, what else...um wheel bearings?

depends on what needs to be replaced, but that would be a nice start.
