Small case 3.45LSD in NC
« on: September 09, 2015, 04:37:56 PM »
168mm 3.45LSD from a 1995 318ti. Was rebuilt with new seals, clutches, and dog ear plates from bimmerdiffs. Always used amsoil 75w-110 since I've owned it.

Rebuilt and used last year, on the car for ~3,000 miles. Changed the setup to a 3.73 for track days.

Doesn't have a bushing installed.

I'm mainly a lurker on M42club, most of my posts/feedback are on 318ti.org. Thought this diff might appeal to someone on here though.

You might try try r3v also. Many of the engines there actually have enough torque to run that diff in an E30 as well.
Pi is apparently the multiplier for your engine swap budget as well.
