318is injector plug board

Recently had a small fire in my E30 (damn fuel hoses) which has left a lot of my wiring melted. As you can imagine the injector plug board is toast and finding one is near impossible as the part has been discontinued ! wonder if anyone knows can the plug board from an e36 be used? are the intake manifolds roughly the same ?
