Metric Mechanic M42 2100 Engine - long term review?

I read up on all of the users on here that had purchased a Metric Mechanic M42 engine years ago. I tried messaging some of them but the users have all been MIA from this board for several years.

Does anybody still have their MM M42 engine these days and can provide some long term thoughts and reviews of it?
