DIY: Floor Jack Rebuild

I rebuilt my Craftsman 9 50239 2-ton floor jack. I had to buy a 50mm socket and a 27mm wrench, but it was otherwise a straightforward affair. I can't imagine other floor jacks being much different. I have a Craftsman jack from the 80s (made in Japan) and it was leaking. I lost the data plate many years ago, but using the first thread I linked I was able to tear it down, clean, assemble, and adjust to operate correctly.
