I bought an M50 swapped E30 with front end damage for the motor and drive train. I considered installing this tank in my 318is, but decided against it for the way I use my car. It would make sense for someone who makes long commutes or wants the extra capacity this tank provides...as in an S/M-5X swap.
Off the top of my head you'll need to add some wiring into the electrical harness, change some of the hard lines, and swap the fuel gauge(?).
I'm throwing this up as a feeler and if someone is truly interested I'll pull it off the shelf and provide more pictures.
This tank is only a few years old and used for ~20K miles. I think it's an Autozone item, but it will come with fuel sender, pumps, and at least some (if not all) hard and soft line(s), fuel filter, and some mounting hardware. If it's not everything you need, it's a pretty darned good start.
I want $125 for everything. Shipping is extra, but I have the this coming week off and might consider delivering depending on how far and how much it's worth to you.
Also, I'll be driving to Mobile, AL, the third week of January.

Black leather and just about as nice as I've ever seen. I'd love to trade it for a black, perforated rear seat.
