Just sayin hello, My current M42 car is a 95 318ti sport. many mods, just getting to the engine bay. decided to keep the 4 banger instead of the big gun swap. various mods to car, all subtle in the name of a better handling and preforming over all ride.
Suspension is as follows;
H&R sway bars front and read, (28mm, 19mm). AKG bushings in rear all, H&R sport springs, with bilstiens of course.
Front is MEYEL hd everything. Basicly entire suspension has been overhauled.
Engine; Midnight tunning chip, and K&N intake. Looking to do more there, so I'm here.
Wheel set up is still up in the air, brayer mesh wheels at this point, but will be putting lighter wheels on.
Body nmaods are the standard M3 front bumper, mirrors, and after market head lights.
Interior is in a constant state of modification. right now it is the guage cluster.

Welcome to the 'club! Nice to see an E36 compact here, we're mostly E30 drivers.

I always loved that the Compact and the Z3 were an E30/E36 hybrid. New motor tech, same old chassis. What's not to love?

Your mods look good. Post a review on Barrie's chip if you get a chance - I'll bet it'd help other members out.

You have the best M42, BTW. BMW managed to fix the cam tensioner & guides, improved the profile gasket, replaced the two-piece oil pan, add the serpentine belt drive, and updated the pressure relief valve.

I've always really liked the 318ti. Such a neat oddball car. Can't say I like the halos, but I love the M3 fascia and mirrors!
