5spd Manual, ~130k showing on the odometer. Leather looked a bit worn. Rear seat had a split where the thread holding seam had failed. 
Seemed solid. It would shine up nicely. It was dark and didn't feel the need to get on the ground and check for rust because I was dressed up for dinner but I will go prepared next time. PM me for my cell number if you want me to go look.
