Leaking vert and other issues

Hi folks the seal for my vert all of a sudden does not keep the rain out and I get water seeping in right where the 2 handles that lock the top down are any idea how to fix that? Also my trunk lock need like 15 pushes and turning of the key before it will open any ideas what the issue is . Thanks in advance
