Car back on the road after buying it with defective engine: no history!

Started to run it and experienced the following:

1. Regularly engine will stop at idle. Re-starts easily.

2. Regularly  loosing power windows, power mirrors and blower, at least.  Will come back eventually after more or less time.

Have not confirmed the relation between the two.
Electrical diagrams does not show, to me, common source that could be the problem, except onloading relay k7 for some of the items.

Any idea?

Pierre

I'm not sure about the model of your car, so take my advice with a "grain of salt."  I think you have two unrelated problems.  Check the throttle plate adjustment and the throttle cable for binding.  ICV could be trouble too.

The electrical problem could be a loose ground under the dash.  IIRC it's on the firewall, under the dash, above the pedal cluster.
