I just saw this this morning.
Anybody know how much work this is?  I know I'd have to either convert to serpentine, or have a custom pulley made (would probably go that route).

what all else is needed on a 1991 318is to install this?  Would DASC help me at all??

Didn't GRM have an article on DASC in an E30?  I'd assume the serp. setup is a minimum, a beefier fuel pump couldn't hurt either.
