I sent an email to one of my nieces (lives in Tulsa) and told her to go buy it for her soon to be licensed son.
Haven't heard back for them but I hope they got it. Her ex husband is somewhat mechanically inclined so I have all the confidence he can fix it.

Suggested they offer $400 cash.
