turbo build thoughts

i have a 91 318is with 300k+ miles or so,so my odometer says when i bought it(odometer hasnt worked for a year or two) . never bashed on till i got it. dropped the differential the first week.. small diffs are weak. now into med diffs. have a 2.93 lsd and 4.1 open. im swappin the carriers so my 4.1 will be lsd. happily waiting to do this. anyways tho. the engine bay is clean. car doesnt smoke. im going to go .63 ar ebay turbo kit. dont judge. replacing a 100$ turbo once every two years doesnt bother me. did it with my integra. was curious if anyone had any suggestions on computer management. injectors/sizes. going to go 2.5" exhaust. stock cams. stock engine except bolts. replacing in engine bolts with arp studs and bolts. not going crazy on goals. looking for 8 psi. reliable dd. sleeper/v8 nut kicker. any thoughts are welcome. negative or positive.

I would highly recommend running the engine on megasquirt ECU, it gives stock like driveabilty, easy to tune on the go and makes adding HP an easy task.
APR head studs are highly recommended. I'm doing a customers turbo build and hes also using a .63 a/r ebay turbo and the thing is actually pretty nice quality.
