Greetings From Egypt ! E30 - M42 Swap Help !

hello Guys ,

First Of All i Wanna thank every single member here !

am a big fan of you and m42club , really helped me alot !

so here is the issue i have !

i got this nice and decent engine ! a 1994 e36 m42 ( i got it from italy exactly )

it had a 100k kilos only !

i got it complete ( engine - tranny - engine harness - dme - ac compressor - ps pump )

so i started doing my home work how would this mighty monster goes under my lovely 4 doors middle eastern e30

i got what to change :

- engine mounts  
- oil sump
- oil pickup
- oil pan

and for the wiring am attaching what am gonna do

so for now there is no problem

except here in egypt its really hot and we cant enjoy  the luxury of bmw without the air conditioning !

am asking about the ac wiring !

i know there is a link between the ac unit and the dme !

but i can`t find where !

really i need your help guys how to get this solved !

ac wiring from car chasis e30 to engine e36 m42 !

and tell me what do u think about the wiring ??

OK, if I understand properly, you have an E36 M42 you want to put into an E30 body, correct?

The E30 electrical manual is here. I found an E36 electrical manual here.

I'd just start comparing the wiring, shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
