As title, for a 188 medium case diff. I'm from the UK and am struggling to find one here, so looking anywhere now and getting it shipped over to me.

I would take two sets.

You can find it in E34 with automatic gearbox http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E34/Sedan/Europe/520i-M20/LHD/A/browse/rear_axle/rear_axle_drive/

If you still will not be able to find I can find one in Lithuania and ship it to UK.

You need find a diff. of e36 compact but 318ti/316 automatic = 4.44. And you should find your house.
