How to install a new head unit

I just got a new headunit for my car yesterday.   How can I get the old one out and this one in and then wired up.

Use a very small flat head or a hex screw driver to take the old unit out.

If you've installed a radio before - easy as pie.

If this is your first time - hurrah - it's not that hard. Just disconnect your battery before you try and please don't rush.

my biggest mistake when i first started out was that i would rush the job cuz i got too tired and frustrated.. if it gets hard juss take a break and tackle it again later

just follow those diys and youll be fine

My friend came over today and practically did the whole thing for me.  I would have been super lost if I would have tried it.  e9nine, thanks for that link, without that we wouldn't have been able to do anything.

I'm diggin' the new headunit!
