I am looking for a m42 to put in my 1991 318i. I would prefer one with less than 150,000 miles, but will consider higher mileage. Also may be interested in a short-block. Let me know what you have and we can work out a deal!
I am located in northern Michigan, and I'm willing to drive for one, or pay for shipping.

I have an m42 engine and tranny...it recently started bogging down, but I don't think its anything real serious internally. It has 170K and the clutch was replaced less than 8K miles ago
