Tuner Pro XDF and ostrich 2.0 problem

I have an Ostrich 2.0 and tuner pro RT. I have downloaded the bin and XDF from tunerpro's website and uploaded them to the tuner pro and the ostrich respectively.  If i just load the bin into the ostrich the car will start and run normally.  if i try to make any changes in tuner pro the car will die and not start until i load the bin into the ostrich again.  Has anyone else used the XDF that is provided  on the tuner pro website? Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?

those files are useless pretty much I sell corrected xdfs and proper software versions to match the DME
