You can show me receipt after receipt, but if a car looks like that outside, odds are it was treated bad on the inside. True car care  entails the whole car, just just changing oil.

I contacted the lady recently. She will not be selling it. So... i didn;t even try to offer money. It was her husbands and he is not around anymore. :( I'm glad i could be the one to stir up those memories for her.

Well duh.  Nobody maintained these cars.  Thats why they are only worth $1500  now.  Less than 60k miles of no attention is better than the 130k miles of no attention I started with.

No that is typical for luxury/high end cars (even if ours are the low of the high end).
Look at Jag, Lincoln, Cadillac used prices. They drop like ricks.
