...leaks and make sure the exhaust/header manifold is secure.

Also a Feel A Bit Vibration Inside Of The Car at Around 2000-2500 rpm,what do you suggest start checking from?

Rotate the wheels and see if it moves around?  At least it's free.  Try the spare tire and see if one of the wheels needs rebalanced.
