Welcome to the forum.  IMO the 318is is a very fun little car.  This is my first e30 and I've only had her for a couple of months but I am very happy with it.  My previous car was a 240sx.  Also a fun car but I like the bimmer better.  The amount of DIY articles on this site about this car is VERY helpful for a first time e30 owner.  Post some pics when you pic up your new ride!

Good to have you. The club is great and the 318is a blast.  I have had mine for about 4 mos and I am driving it more than my E46.

WARNING!   The 318is is addicting.  Good luck and check out the "What to look for" thread.
