Whine & clunk.

Got a whining coming from the rear of the car. Sounds like in the diff area. Half axles just got replaced and now it sounds like a whining noise has jumped into the pic.  The noise is constant and increases with speed.  Left and right direction changes do not stop it.  Additionally when I reverse the car and brake a cluck sound is there.  Could this be the guibo?  I replaced the diff bushing and thought that would stop the sound. But it is still there.
