No idea about this car, and not affiliated to it in any way, but I ran across the deal and wanted to post. Not a bad looking deal. I'd hazard a guess that he'd bargain. I'd go scope it out for/with someone if you need a capable e30 owner's second opinion. This is pretty near to me, so if you aren't close by or don't want to travel for a high risk buy it may be helpful.
