Some of you may know me from other forums (Rev, GRM, Dirtyimpreza) where I've been building up a rallycross e30 (1985 M10-powered 318i)

Anyhow, just picked up an M42 for my next-winter project swap into the car. Haven't decided if I will just refresh it or do something more extensive. I'll be lurking around here all summer reading up and probably asking stupid questions but figured I'd do a quick intro. More later

Thanks, car's been in the family since new, but was mostly rust and fiberglass when I started.

I'll check out the build thread and definitely run this by my bud with the GT6.

BTW, Bob and I both feasted our eyes on a nice '67 GT6 recently that had long-tube, bag-o-snakes headers and six motorcycle carbs for intake!!! It was pure Triumph porn. Wheels just like yours too. lol

nice....yeah that's probably a PRI-built car. They do the six-pack Mikuni or Keihen carbs with the crazy header. That stuff is WAAAAAAY overpriced though.
