Wow, thank you all for the helpful encouraging comments!!! I am kinda at a holding point due to the engine I bought fitment with oil pan, and the GT35 turbo possibly causing detonation... I have picked out a GT2860 with a built in waste gate set at approximately 10 psi.. I haven't purchased it yet, based on possible engine building instead(main objective to lower the compression ratio)...also taking care of bills. My E30 is sitting pretty waiting for me when the time is right. I want to move forward sooo bad, but I need to take my time and do it right. I may have two m42--> full engines up for grabs if there is anyone interested... one has 240k on it but still ran fine with minor leak from timing profile gasket, and other has 93k from a 1993 BMW.
