m42 part out or take everything for 200!

m42 has 130k miles on it, have no use for it, just taking up space at work. Take the whole thing for $200 or tell me what you need, Will not include the COP kit as that I want to sell seperate for $100.

The muffler is on my car right now, but in a few weeks it will be coming off, my friend has first dibs on it if he falls through you can have it.
