WTB 88-91 318is Coupe

Im looking for a 88-91 318 with the M42 motor. Prefer it to run, I prefer to get one that has no rust issues and all stock. I have about 1300.00 to spend. I am willing to travel as far as St. Louis to the west NYC to the East and Ottawa to the North and NC to the South.
It doesn't have to be in perfect shape just needs to be drive.
