Complete M42 part-out. New headgasket set.
« on: September 24, 2011, 02:39:20 PM »
Hey everyone, I am parting out a M42 that was run hot. The head and block are cracked!  Backstory: My sister owned this car for about a year. She ran it hot,  and thought she blew a head gasket. She disassembled the engine, and   bought some new parts to rebuild it. However, it turns out the engine  has a cracked head and block. Now it's getting M50 swapped.

Everything is available from the engine. Keeping the AC compressor for now.

I have a few prices below + shipping, or shoot me a pm with an offer on things not listed.

Thanks!

SOLD LIST:
valve cover
upper intake manifold/injectors
throttle body
lower intake manifold
AFM
Crank position sensor
Exhaust manifold
Upper and lower oil pan

Various covers. $10 each.

Fan shroud....$17+ shipping. Good condition.

3 new hoses. Not sure where they go, but they were ordered new to replace cracked ones. $20 for all 3.

Various whatever parts these are: FAR LEFT PART IS SOLD. $5 each. Gasket, free with middle part.

I'll keep those for now, unless the M50 swap somehow interferes.

Thanks guys!

That was fun! Let's do it again:

If you have them and they're not rusted and corroded back to their natural state,  I'd like numbers 1, 3 and 11.

I'll also take the "lower intake manifold" if you still have it.
